Terms and Conditions for eBooks, Books, and Services

1. Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you ("the User" or "you") and Excel In Credit, LLC ("the Company" or "we"). By purchasing, downloading, and/or using any ebooks, books, or services from Excel In Credit, LLC, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. eBook and Book Access:

Ebooks: Upon completion of the purchase, the User will be provided access to download the purchased ebook. The User agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or resell the ebook without explicit written permission from Excel In Credit, LLC.

Books: For physical books, the User will receive the book by mail to the provided shipping address upon completion of the purchase.

3. Services:

Services offered by Excel In Credit, LLC may include, but are not limited to, credit education, consulting, workshops, and public speaking engagements.

4. Intellectual Property:

All ebooks, books, content, and services provided by Excel In Credit, LLC are protected by copyright law and international treaties. The User acknowledges and agrees that the ebook, book, content, and services, including all associated materials, are the exclusive property of Excel In Credit, LLC.

5. Use of Information:

The User agrees to use the ebook, book, or services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to, commercial use, duplication, modification, distribution, or public display, is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy:

Excel In Credit, LLC does not offer a refund. If the User is dissatisfied, they must contact customer support via email (info@excelincredit.com) with the subject “Refund Requested” if this is a special circumstance and we will determine if a refund will be provided. This must be completed within the first 30 days of purchase.

7. Disclaimers:

The information provided in the ebook, book, and services is for educational purposes only. The Company does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Furthermore, Excel In Credit, LLC is not a credit repair organization and does not provide "credit repair" services. Experiences shared are not guaranteed to be your experience. The links provided are intended to help you access support and we do not guarantee the information on their websites to be accurate. 9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

10. Amendments:

Excel In Credit, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

11. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Excel In Credit, LLC, and supersede any prior agreements, whether oral or written.

Terms and Conditions for the 3 Days to Christmas Giveaway

1. Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you ("the User" or "you") and Excel In Credit, LLC ("the Sponsor" or "we"). By participating in the giveaway, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Sponsor This giveaway is sponsored by Excel In Credit, LLC (the "Sponsor"), P.O. Box 332, Lancaster, TX 75146.

3. Eligibility The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Excel In Credit, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period The entry begins on December 13, 2024, and ends on December 21, 2024 (the "Entry Period") at 11:59pm EST. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Additional entries for subsequent live drawings will be accepted until December 23, 2024, at 11:59pm EST.

5. How to Enter No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants can enter by:

o Registering Online: Complete the registration form at www.mrsperfectcredit.com/giveaway to receive one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.

o Bonus Entries:

a. Book Purchase: Participants can receive 10 additional entries by purchasing a copy of “The Comeback” book (Sabrina Graham’s version) at www.mrsperfectcredit.com and providing your order number received in email if purchased prior to this registration, or by adding the book during checkout.

b. Subscribing to YouTube: Participants can receive an additional 3 entries by subscribing to the YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/@mrs.perfectcredit. Make sure to provide your YouTube subscription name in the registration form for verification.

6. Prizes A total of $600 in Amazon gift cards and at least 3 books will be awarded over the course of the giveaway. Each day, there will be four live drawings for a $50 Amazon gift card and at least one book.

7. Winner Selection Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawings will be conducted during the YouTube live streams on December 22, 23, and 24, 2024. A person can win up to three times. After winning three times, their entries will be removed from subsequent drawings.

8. Winner Notification Winners will be announced during the live stream and will be contacted via the email provided in the entry form. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity By participating in the 3 Days to Christmas Giveaway, entrants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Opt-In for Future Communications By participating in the 3 Days to Christmas Giveaway, entrants are also opting in to receive future communications from the Sponsor, including information about new products, services, giveaways, and other promotions. Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

11. Disclaimer This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Amazon, Discover, or any social media platform. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to release these entities from any and all claims or liability arising out of or related to this giveaway.

12. General Conditions The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

14. Privacy Any information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at www.mrsperfectcredit.com/privacy or via the link during registration.

15. Disputes Any disputes arising out of the 3 Days to Christmas Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
